Mitigation of the Ratio of Soil Dissolved Organic Carbon to Available Phosphorus Effectively Improves Crop Productivity under Mulching Measures on the Loess Plateau

Soil erosion and extensive management, as key factors limiting the sustainability of agroecosystem in Loess Plateau, severely hamper high-quality development regional agriculture. fertility element synergy can be enhanced by applying mulching measures properly. However, there is a lack systematic research into how soil stoichiometric characteristics under affect crop productivity. This study focused on Plateau. Based 11-year field positioning experiment, management straw (SM), plastic (PM) ridge-film (RM) were selected to investigate effects long-term topsoil impact productivity ecological stoichiometry theory. The findings revealed significant increase carbon, nitrogen phosphorus contents microbial biomass mulching. SM RM significantly decreased ratio available nutrients, whereas PM had effective alleviating C:N C:P imbalance. yield components greatly increased responded favorably carbon phosphorus. provides theoretical guidance technical support for assessment sustainable use agricultural resources
